Nah, I'll just call my neighbor...Don't leave it parked on the median after calling Onstar.

Not too surprised since we really didn't hear anything about Davis during OTAs. It is funny that Bequette is outlasting his competition though. I guess it would be very BB-like to keep him on the 53-man roster since he can provide depth at both DE and TE. Two positions, one roster spot.
Yeah, except Jake's not scaring anybody...Jake Bequette is starting to remind me of Freddy and Jason. He just keeps coming back and will not die.
The one, the only, Jake Bequette who beats TEs off the roster left and right.
I think as someone pointed out Davis was favoring his previously injured leg, which is pretty bad after he just had a full year off due to suspension.
If he's not healthy give the healthy legs a shot to get better.
They were both probably long shots from the start.
Also, Jimmay Mundine has been getting hyped heavily by one of the local writers these past few days, I don't have the links saved but he has some pretty sick highlights. Makes me cheer for the kid, his highlights look like a faster, quicker, and more athletic version of the murderer.
Hooman is obviously valuable to the coaches because to most of our eyes he isn't really good in the passing game nor is he an above average blocker, so I'd love for ANYONE to take his roster spot at this point. Nothing personal, we still have the best TE corps in the NFL even if we compare our #1 to everyone elses entire group, but we can get some near 2011ish production this year if Gronk plays like he did last year.
So he'll be diving into the stands and tackling Goodell?585K is relative chump change for a player who is versatile and willing to do what you ask..
If being versatile means being absolutely useless at more than position, then Jake the Fake is certainly that.585K is relative chump change for a player who is versatile and willing to do what you ask.

Bill should've kept Tim Mister Wright. Period. End of Story.
Yeah, when Wright got cut, a common line was "Davis must be looking good!" But then Davis got cut, so some have said "Derby must be looking good!" Except reports say Derby hasn't practiced yet... So we are left with "Bequette must be looking good!"Davis really must have not shown much during OTA'S, with the release of Wright earlier in the week, I thought for sure they would have kept Davis at least during the preseason in case of injuries or to see if he had anything left. Looks like the top three are all set now.
