Post your predictions here for Week 11, New England Patriots at Indianapolis Colts.

This contest is open to everyone, it's both a weekly and a season-long contest. Stakes are bragging rights.

Each week I will tabulate and post the scores for the previous week's contest, as well as the cumulative season standings for those who have played every week. As a one-time allowance for computer problems, forgetfulness, or whatever, one week can be missed and will be assigned that week's average score.

Scoring:
Your score is the COMBINED deviation of your predicted score for the Pats and opponents REGARDLESS OF DIRECTION. For example, if you predict Patriots 31 Colts 29 your score is how many points off of 31 the Pats are (over or under does not matter) PLUS how many points off of 29 the Colts are (over or under again does not matter). Game winner does not matter. Lowest score wins.

You may change your prediction at any time before kickoff, either by editing your original post or by adding a new one. Predictions made in other threads don't count unless they were clearly meant for this contest but were posted elsewhere by mistake. Please keep this thread to predictions only, no back-and-forth discussion of the game. A short comment explaining your pick is OK.

Good luck!

Pats haven't beaten a playoff team on the road in 3 seasons. Andrew Luck is just so unbelievably good. Last QB that could run they faced was Geno Smith and Belichick's scheme had him looking like Fran Tarkenton. People are going to be pulling their hair out the amount of times Belichick's defensive scheme lets Luck move around to throw for a first down or run for it.

Luck will move the ball, but I'm counting on a couple timely INTs.

If I keep picking this score I will be right eventually. Maybe in 2020?

Luck is one of those QB's that makes you say WOW 6 times a game. The sad part for Colt fans is 2 of them is wow what were you thinking? Against the best secondary he has seen this year I am counting on at least 2 mistakes. Gronk is beasting right now and they can't defend the middle of the field.

The Colts' bad red zone offense and defense shows up on Sunday. The Pats pick off Luck three times. The Colts are just a bad defensive match up for Brady and Co because the only way they pressure the QB is by blitzing and Brady eats apart blitzes. Brady is 11-3 indoors during the regular season. So the homefield advantage isn't as great as people think.

Steven Gostkowski kicks a 45-yard field goal as time runs out after Adam Vinatieri puts the Colts ahead with less than a minute to play. Belichick goes for it on 4th and 2 in the decisive drive. Shane Vereen catches a pass from Brady and appears to be short. The referees give the Patriots a great spot and they make the first down. Kevin Faulk fires up his hookah to celebrate. Roger Goodell fines everybody and then gets fired by the owners for being a boob. Jim Irsay medicates Goodell and drives him home from the game.

I think it will be an entertaining game. Our defense will step up big time
