Jeff Tarpinian - LB - Patriots

Patriots placed LB Jeff Tarpinian (head) on injured reserve, ending his season.
It's another blow to a Patriots defense that has been decimated by injury. Tarpinian actually started in Week 10 against the Jets and had four tackles before sustaining his injury. He was also one of the team's best special teamers.

There wasn't an injury I was aware of, and the practice report said 'illness.'
If it's an illness that was discovered that prevents him from playing football, could be serious.

Actually, they resigned Tiquan Underwood to the 53, and resigned Ventrone to the PS (his 18th transaction).

Guyton is BETTER than you think... he is just NOT starting material
