What, seriously? I hate baseball as much as anyone, but they weren't supposed to make a huge move to improve their team because it would steal the thunder from a preseason game?

I am happy to say that I don't know or could not care less who got traded for whomever.

This isn't the ARod trade that never happened where the Red Sox stole the thunder of the 2003 Patriots all the way into December. This was a must do trade that happened three weeks before the start of the regular season. By the time the Pats kick off against Tennessee, this story will be a long memory.

Meh... I have only two sports that interest me: Football, and anything to do with shooting. Skeet, pistol, any type of black powder target shooting (and hunting).

So Red Sox nation is celebrating tonight but come Monday the douchbags on the WEEI morning show will find some other player to complain about...eventually driving him out of town also.

The hope is that the money saved can be used for Ellsbury but if I was Ellsbury there is no way I would want to stay in Boston after what the media and then the fans did to him...
