Coincidence?
1. Game 4 World Series: A Rod announces in 8th inning he is a free agent.
2. Barry Bonds indictments: A Rod with more earth shattering free agency news to compete with Bonds news.
3. Mitchell report hits the airwaves at the very same time time A Rod signs contract, even though Mitchell gave a 5 advance notice of the date of the release of his report.
Thankfully we did not sign this sleaze-ball to a free agent contract!
