Check out his video on SI.com/nfl and look for filmroom. It's way better than Yahoo's video's. Moss reminds me of Willie McGinest. He has a very fast first step, is a very good pass rusher and good tackler. However, I don't know if scouts think he could play the elepant role in the Pats system. What do you guy's think? Also, check out video on Ray McDonald out of Florida but look at the top of your screen when they show highlights of his sacks. On the very first play you will see on the top right corner Jarvis Moss shoot out and chase the QB's blind side. Althought Moss doesn't get the sack, it allowed McDonald to clean up and tackle the QB for a sack. I'm really impresed with this guy.
My current Mock:
#24: S Reggie Nelson or Michael Griffen
#28: DE/OLB Jarvis Moss (however, I don't think he will be available)
I know we have Colvin and Thomas on the outside but they are both 30 years old. Teams can always use more pass rushers. We can always take ILB's in the middle rounds.

Re: If available, the Pats should take Jarvis Moss!
Also, he is a one demnsional pass rusher. He does not do well againts the run and can't seal the edge. Will probably do OK with a 4-3 as a pass rusher but unless he gets stronger, that's all he'll be.

I haven't seen enough video, so I will take your word for it. However, I really liked what I saw from Moss pass rushing, something the Pats can always use.

I got to see Moss in some of the LB drills at the Combine despite NFL Network's poor coverage: he looked stiff and uncomfortable. I see him like I see Anthony Spencer, awesome DEs with quick first steps who would be mediocre OLBs at best.

I caught a few minutes of it last night and watching those guys run in space is illuminating. They ran like old men and they dropped footballs like they'd never seen one before. Gives me some idea why converting DE's to LB's is such a chore.
As an aside, the announcing drove me nuts. I couldn't read the names on the jerseys and was pleading with the TV, please, tell me the names of the players. The announcers talk and talk about nothing at all, it's like they tuned in the sound track from a different channel.
