Technically shes not in the clear yet. She still has tiny gaps between thr ventricular septal wall that we hope will close over time. We are seeing our cardiologist next wed for a checkup.
Nab....she's home. Everything else is peripheral. She's home, which wasn't where you thought you were last week and is an indication of her progress. She's looking fantastic. Baby steps, my friend. Anyway, we're so glad to be home. I think Nadya's still a little scared or she's learned to really milk all the attention from her daddy. She'll look at you like it's the end of the world just to be cuddled to sleep. lol. Here's a pic of her in my arms.

Great to hear all is well with Nadya! My son was also born with Tetralogy of Fallot almost 14 years ago. If you can get past the fact that I'm a Jets fan, I'd be more than happy to answer any questions you may have via pm.

Oh, you should hold her to sleep for as long as she'll let you! It goes by fast. My 3 year old daughter still sleeps in bed with us and I think I held her while she slept for the first 3 months of her life. Wouldn't have it any other way.
What a terrible game. We didn't even put up a fight. Brady must be used to this at home.
Anyway, I already have my Super Bowl. At least now i won't have to buy a bigger tv and will be more productive. Lol.
She's still feeding rather slowly. There's a lot of mucus build up whenever she's drinking so she has to vomit it out during the feeds. So we're still going with half bottle and half bag feed. Here's a shot of Nadya when she heard she was being discharged.
