Does one of the roster spots go to the recently released Ron Bartell? Just a random guess here - no idea if the Pats have any interest. Were there any rumors of him getting a look when he was a FA?

McDaniels and him shared a locker room in 2011, but he spent most of the year on IR with a broken neck ...
