Same thing when we see second or third and very long.
As long we can stop the other team from converting the third down, we don't mind the yards.
Welcome to the board!

I would suggest that all NFL teams (or at least a large majority) put plenty of nickel and dime on the field with large leads.

The Patriots have played alot of games with large leads (larger than the Texans for sure) yet their stats are better - and substantially so.

Yeah, I'm not buying 76Texans' excuse either.

You guys know more than anything those stats (especially defensive) don't mean a whole lot. It's all situational. We might give up a bunch of yards from our nickel package, but we're not giving up a lot of points.

You may have success running the ball, but it'll be like "fools gold" looks pretty, but not worth a whole lot.

Forget the stats.

Some of the turnovers ya' got were just silly bad plays by the opponents.

I hope the Pat's do try to run the ball against the Texans. I don't see y'all doing it as effectively as y'all might think. I certainly don't think y'all will beat us with the running game and seriously doubt that McDaniels will stick to it, regardless. His ego is too big and he wants to win with the pass and big plays. The Texans D is stout, regardless of 3 poor showings this year.

Forgive me for being technical; I was in the graphic arts industry for some 30 years.

Yes, the colors are very similar.

In the "old standard" four-color offset, the Pats color of PMS 289 is different from the Texans PMS 5395 in the varying of the Magenta and Black colors.

The later is a newer color; we are the new kid on the block, afterall.
I stand corrected then.

Hey, don't ask me why the words don't come out of the keyboard as they're supposed to.

Not to worry, the colors look basically the same to a regular person.
Only those who live with colors can discern the difference, or if you're made aware of the very subtle difference.

The only real difference in the stats is the Texans worked to take time off the clock more.

I've reviewed all the Pats games via torrents and Game Rewind.

Sorry to say, but sometimes the Pats look like a college team running up the score.
