Yeah unfortunately they have been key players. Gronk, Jones, Hightower (for a while), Hernandez (for a while), Mankins, Vollmer, Connoly and now Edelman once he has become a Larger Cog in the Wheel.

Basically that's 5 Pro Bowlers out (or have misses significant time) for us and another 3 starters (5 if you count Chung and Gregory)

You hear the Jets call bad luck losing Holmes and Revis... try having our injury year.

mankins should be back with vollmer right? As well as jones? So getting somewhat healthy...but we can;t suffer any more major set back with key pieces are the season will be in jeopardy

Well it's not exactly apples to apples since the Pats have far more quality players than the Rats, it's more likely that an injured Pat is a significant loss.
