Yup.

Guys picked a few spots before and after him have been signed, so the $$ amount probably isn't an issue. The hold up may be over whether the contract is fully guaranteed. This was an issue in the 21-25 range last year.

Indeed. I loved watching him play in Arkansas. He was one of my favorite picks in this year's draft, right after Hightower.
