Default Who would you choose back to return to NE before retirement Law or McGinest?

There are several guys and former Patriots that may very well be cut and on the FA block and I am sure the Patriots may show some interest,I can think of another guy like David Patten or maybe even David Givens if the titans are tired of waiting for full healing and possibly Damian Woody as well but the most likely former Patriots to be available would be Willie McGinest or Ty Law IMO

With that said, What former Patriot which is likely to be cut or on the trading block would you like to see come back for another year before they retire -
McGinest or Law or maybe someone like Patten or another?

I love Willie but his legs are growing weary and his back is a concern and for that reason and that reason only I would choose a healthier Law over Willie.

Law he'd make a great safety. There was another top CB that played for the Steelers in the early '90s,he went to SF and became a good safety but I can't think of his name at the moment.

Givens will be lucky to play ball again, he can't walk without a limp to this day. It won't surprise me if they give him a settlement and cut him before OTA's start down here.

I am not saying a full time starter but what great depth it would be to have either,I really see NE making a push if one or two become available.

Law has a couple of years left in him. He would make a fine addition.

Rod Woodson. Law has stated that he would definitely consider the Rod Woodson route so he could extend his career until his late 30s and still play at a high level. It was speculated that was Belichick's plan for him too when he made an offer to him before he signed with the Chiefs. He would be my choice.

Besides one extra INT, Ellis Hobbs had a better season then Law last year.

If I were stuck in KC I'd probably wouldn't have a good season either. Law IS better than Hobbs.IMO
