I think Moss will is a close second, but not sure if Brown, or Branch is in the lead..

In the regular season, Troy Brown has 19 receiving touchdowns from 2001-2006 and Deion Branch has 14 as a Patriots player.

Of those 19, I think he caught one in the opening game of 2001 season from Drew Bledsoe, so that makes it 18 receiving touchdowns from Brady and Cassel combined. So I think Moss with 19 touchdowns is already has the most number of TDs received from Brady.

didnt patten throw brown one in the indy game, So I guess it is Moss..
