Default Bob Lobel: 5th Quarter
Watching the 5th quarter. Does anyone else think Bob Lobel is totally bombed? He is just spewing idiocy (more than normal), and he seems like he is in the tank. He can't put a logical statement together.

Yeah he looks smashed, but he was right about NBC taking games that non-Patriots fans will tune out of by half time. CBS got the big games already (Pats vs. Colts, Pats vs. Cowboys) and they got the next big game (Pats vs. Steelers), get over it NBC.

What happened to Lobel?

I left NE in 1990, so the Lobel I remeber was the 80's version - solid sportscaster, good sense of humor, all-around a good guy.
