I'm going to go out on a limb and pick the Chargers. Our D and Special Teams are starting to turn things around. The O is at rock bottom, and they know it. Look for this week to be the week Rivers turns things around. If not, I suspect our season is likely over.

The Broncos, Chiefs and Raiders will all lose this weekend too. Your season is likely safe until the wild card round because the AFC west is awful this year.

There's only two conclusions for Patriots fans on rookies. They are either a bust or being fitted for their bust in Canton.

If SD's offense gets untracked I think we win the game handily. We should have routed the Colts last week and we would have if we had half an offense. Jax is not a huge threat on O and I think SD's D can keep them in the game. It's all about PR and whether he can get it together.
All he has to do is not turn the ball over and I think SD wins.

Agreed. However, if Rivers can't get out of his slump, the playoffs are a moot point even though we will likely win the debacle known as the AFC West.
OK Bolts fans, what evidence do you have that SD's O will get untracked as you both assert (posts #21 & #23)? The coaching has been so poor that the same players producing an elite running attack have tanked. What changes next week? And your QB demonstably evidences that he's lost confidence in himself. What will be different this week? And the players have let that insidious doubt about the coaching staff's ability enter their minds. What's happening this very week in game prep that will fix that?
The answer is nothing, or way too little. Bolts are short-circuited.

Pfft. I have zero evidence. I'm just hoping for the best. I'm hoping that at some point our talented offense gets tired of playing for s h i t. <shrug>

I can't disagree with you. Don't have any evidence, only a cautious optimism. The way I see it, things can't get any worse - they are already at rock bottom. Rivers and Norv are being blasted by our fans and the media in a big way. They must know that something needs to change or it could mean their jobs. I'm HOPING this will be incentive enough for Norv to make some changes with his play calling, and for Rivers to remove his head from his arse.
Apologies Bolts fans, as I came across too harshly in my query. Before LT got on his classy rant the Chargers & Bills were my favorite non-Patriots teams. I loved SD schooling NY on the Manning trade. I actually think it's tragic what's happened this year with the coaching staff. Best wishes even though I think JAX wins Sunday.

Believe me, your post was not harsh PWP. You only state what everyone else is thinking. If you want to see some harsh posts, take a look at our own forums!!
BTW, I must admit I have a bit of a soft spot for the Pats. Seau and Harrison (ex-Bolts) are still two of my favorite players of all time, and if the Chargers don't make the playoffs or lose in the first round (which is likely), I will be pulling for the Pats. Would be nice to see those guys play in a Championship and win - I think they deserve it.

I think Shanahan can somehow wins the west. They have an easy schedule the rest of the way. And for Norv to go 4-3 from here wouldn't surprise me. So, yes, Jax wins and the AFC West is tied.
