Default Can we finally put this to bed?!

Tom Brady is the best ever even better than the Immortal Peyton Manning!

I usually don't write these threads but its about time someone told all of those Colts fans that say he has never put up numbers (funny how they fail to look at what he had to work with) but anyway he has the guys now and he is on pace not just to break the record but to absolutely destroy the record. With a passing percentage of 72 percent he may break several records this year and its about damn time all we have actually numbers to prove what we already knew all along. Not that 18 aint great and I wouldn't be happy to have him if TB was never alive but I am so glad he is cause i have never seen anything like this in my 20 some years watching this team and this sport.

People also often forget that Indy plays in a division that has better weather for the passing game and has a climate-controlled indoor roller-rink for a home stadium. If Brady played indoors for at least half of every season I guarantee his numbers would be even better.

I knew all along Brady was going to perform this way with top notch talent. I always thought it was crazy to compare Brady too Manning with Manning having an unfair advantage in having Wayne and Harrison for most of his career.

The real question remains:

Were would Brady rank all time if he had this type of wideouts for all of his career.....like Manning?

I'm just waiting for the first Colt fan to whine about how Peyton doesn't have the receivers that Brady has.

I'm waiting for an ESPN talking-head to dismiss Brady's big numbers because of his weapons.

Stupid post dude.

When their carriers are over, you can look at what they did, and then have your opinion.

These guys like to play. Why on earth would you, at your little keypad try to leap over all the fun games that will come between these two guys (that will actually answer the question by the way) so that YOU can act like god and annoint one or the other.

Put your kingly hat down, and be a fan. Watch the games. Don't sweat over arguing who is better. They actually play games against each other in real life for cryin out loud. I mean, is there any other venue in life were this happens? And here you are trying to say, "my guy is better. My daddy is better. My truck is better. My goldfish is better."

Um, just watch the game.

Sorry for the rant. These guys deserve to play the game and decide thier fate.

Yeah, you totally get it. Don't ever compare professional athletes playing the same position, it's akin to comparing your daddy to someone elses. HAHAHAHAH. @sshole

Who the hell are you to tell me on a free forum what I can or can't write about. How do you know I haven't played at the college level or the pro level or perhaps maybe just the semi pro level and maybe I know a lil about the game. Even if I didnt this forum is a free one and its a pats one. Where do you get off telling me what is stupid?? I believe I said PM was a great QB so why dont you shut your trap and take you keypad as you put it and throw it away so no one has to read your self rightous commenting. What a tool
