Default Harrison and Sey = Mid/late season boost

Is Rodney being out for four games a blessing in disguise? We all know Rodney is old. His health has been a problem recently. By the way the offense looked, we can outscore a lot of teams. Effectively using the offense as the defense. Not to say our d is no good. Obviously we have a good defense.

Honestly getting Rodney back on game four gives us a much better chance of having him healthy come playoff time then if he started all sixteen games.

It can't hurt. The best result would be to have Sanders and Green play great football and ease both Rodney and Seymour back in slowly.

We will definitely hve a better rested D than we would have had otherwise. I think fatigue and injuries were the single biggest factor to the AFCC loss.

Well I know Rodney Harrison is back for Week 5. Can anyone confirm a rumor that Seymour may be out for the season??? I hope its not true.

I agree with all of these thoughts. At the least, it gives the Patriots increased depth. At the most, Harrison and Seymour come back fresh and Sanders and Green gain valuable starts that can only increase their performance. The only fear is an injury between now and the time they return.

Actually Rodney was already game ready.
Seymour on the other hand is going to need some reps.
Hasn't played a down since AFCCG.

Harrison sitting out a few games will make him fresher for the post-season.

Great perspective.
Especially if we win these games without them.
And save on Rodneys salary.
