Maroney and Addai are good friends now and since watching the game last night has motivated our guy to have the same type of magnificent performance like Joseph did, lets hope he can duplicate Addai's great game.

Re: Addai's excellent performance fires up Maroney
I am sure the comparisons between the top 4 backs from that class will continue for years, and in the end its probable that the guys will be ultimately ranked in order of how they were picked (Bush, Maroney, Addai and Jones-Drew). That being said, since Bush has the flashiness and is a continue threat in multiple roles, Addai has the ring and Jones-Drew had almost 1000 yds and 45 catches to boot, Maroney needs to step it up this year. If Wes Welker, Moss and Stallworth can stretch the field, and Watson becomes the top notch threat we have been waiting for since making him a first round pick, comparison about the offense of the Colts and Patriots should become moot; although I do agree that last year Addai had a big advantage.

Maroneys situation will become similar(good WRs..great QB..good OL) but its gonna take more than a year
I don't know, man, he showed good vision yesterday. That was a good performance.
Maroney is a guy with higher upside, I see him as being a guy who could evolve into a bigger Marshall Faulk type-back, but I think Addai is ultimately an upgrade over James.

So far, in comparison to the hype, in many ways Bush has been the biggest bust.......Yes, he brings the double threat.....but is MOST effective catching the ball in the flat...and unfortuneatly has the "crazy feet" like Maroney has shown...Addai is not a dancer....He hits the hole and GOES........Maroney needs to also do that....once you have the opening and/or commit to the play...........take it and GO with it.....don't try to get the extra juke......happy feet etc.......See the opening...take it and commit to it........GO PATS!

What roles are those? Not running the ball. Average was crap last year (3.2?) and he sure showed me nothing last night.
To me, it's probable that in the end, Bush will be ranked below Maroney, Addai and maybe even Jones-Drew.
I would have been fine had Maroney been gone by our pick and we ended up with Addai. Rather have Maroney, but Addai was okay with me.
We'll see who puts up numbers long term.
Both are helped by being on a team with a great QB.

I have him as well, it's not hard to route for him, he's a likeable guy, and is very humble. Having manning last year really suck. well at least he put up better #'s than brees who i have this year.
