Default Cleveland Browns game.

I realize it’s extremely early, and their roster may not include him when they arrive here in Foxboro on October 7. But… If Willie is still part of that team he deserves a huge ovation from the Patriot crowd. Not just a spattering of cheers, but a full length standing ovation.

Willie will always be a true Patriot through and through and the earlier I post this, the earlier word will spread to give him his props.

If you ask me, Willie should STILL be a Patriot. Problem is, BB never asked.

None of us were there and know what happened. If Belichick "never asked" I'm sure he had good reason - although I think that isn't the case as the Patriots were said to be in touch with his agent through the process.

It was a business move. BB got every last drop of production out of Willie. Not to say he wouldn't have more left in the tank if he got back in our system (with our d-line). If he get's released...I'm sure the Pats will contact him.

Willie will get the ovation he deserves. No Patriot fan will ever forget his contributions and his class. He will always be a Patriot.

What are you all talking about. Willie Retired from the Patriots after a long illustrious career. He is a up-and-coming TV Star now, unfortunately his first roll is as a LB on a really bad team in ESPNs as the NFL Turns.
