Talking They really are losing it over there....

Conspiracy theory at Indystar..

Conspiracy Logic
(Tongue firmly in cheek)

The reason the Bills & Colts will win this Sun:

Dateline ’99; The 13-2 Colts go into Buffalo for the last game of the year needing a win to keep alive the possibility of HFA. The Bills dismantle the Colts AND injure Cornelius Benett. The Colts are the #2 seed and play and lose to the Titans in Indy and go on to beat the #1 Jags in AFCC advancing to the SB and lose to the Rams.

Fast forward to ’06:
The Bills just played and lost to the Titans by one point. If the Bills beat Balt. by one point they will be a true.500 team across the board (see standings) and will give the Colts the #2 seed by beating the Dolphins. The team that “stole” Don Shula from the Balt. Colts AND where the SB is being played this year.

The reason the Colts will win the Div. playoff game:

The Colts sit at home and watch the #3 Ravens beat the #6 Jets and the #5 Denver upsets the #4 Pats sending the Ravens to Indy. The quarterback of the Ravens is Steve McNair who led the Titans over the Colts in ’99. Payback is a .....

The reason the AFCC will be in Indy and the Colts win:

Denver upsets SD and has to come to Indy to play the Colts. The Colts beat the Broncos finally erasing the John Elway curse since Elway’s failure to sign with the Colts was the reason that the Colts moved from Baltimore, resulting in the Ravens eventually moving there.

Thereby, everything coming full circle, since Elway was acquired by Denver via a trade with Balt. Colts, who would, a couple of years, later have a three team trade for Eric Dickerson from the Rams involving the Bills & Cornelius Benett.

This is what happens to the fans of a team that has Bill Polian for a GM.

More fodder for a Peyton commercial . . .

"When my horse sized head aches from getting pounded thanks to my offensine line of Peyton Manning's team, I pop two Polians and and my pain
is gone quicker than my team in January. Peyton says pop a Polian."
