This is our current roster - corrected with the addition of Henry. I had him listed as a regular player. Henry was assigned to NFL Europe by the San Diego Chargers and grabbed by the Berlin Thunder in the ninth round

Thanks for posting this - my $.02

Even with a full roster I feel we could use still some more depth in a few areas... WR, LB, and of course you can never have enough depth on OL and the Secondary.

But of course you can only have so many guys on the roster, so its always a crap shoot as to where you stock up.

Cool. That ties in nicely with the piece of info that was in the "Ask Vic" piece that Miguel flagged. Apparently you have to 'assign' the bonus exemption to a specific player - and you would want to assign it to someone who is a lock to make the roster, or it seems like you would lose the bonus exemption if that player was cut.

Trying to piece it together, the other 'piece' seems to be from what Vic says that you can only assign the exemption to a rookie or a player with only one season.

Well, ourlads.com thinks that the exemption is still in force if a player is dropped by the team that originally allocated him to NFLE and then picked up by another team. Either that, or their web page logic simply flags an exemption based on having been in nfle and doesn't take into account that the player is no longer with the team that originally allocated him .........

Interesting development:

Chad Jackson is now listed by Ourlads as having a Bonus Exemption.

I talked to Ourlads' depth chart administrator, and he'll fix Zuriel Smith's highlighting, as well as Rich Musinski wearing #5, not 9.

Any clue as to where they get their info, especially re: bonus exemptions ? Just curious.

So apparently the Pats had at least one bonus NFLE exemption ?? Interesting. That ups the max roster number by one I guess.
