Default Cincinnati Bengals...Week 1 Opponent

Not sure how many of you watch the preseason game last night, Cinn vs Dallas (I ony watched the first few series) but it looked to me C. Palmer can't throw the out anymore. His ball just hoovered on a few occassions.. This was his problem last year and it looks like he's not the same QB..

As I posted on another forum, I believe Carson Palmer has become Chad Pennington. His arm looks atrocious last night.

How much of CP's suckitude can be pinned to the OL, I don't know.

That said, Brian Leonard, one guy that a lot of us on this forum wanted back in 2007, was injured in the game. [I still have hope that he'll discover his inner Patriot next year, although WWII might have something to say about that possibility. . . .]

I heard 2 say yesterday that Palmer throws a "catchable ball."

I'd rather have my receivers say "my hands are sore after every practice."

I was kind of surprised to see that Palmer only threw for just over 3000 yards last year. I thought he would've been in the 3500+ range. Not very good numbers for a starting QB of his caliber nowadays. He may very well be on the decline. The last few times I've seen him play he's been very lackluster.

I think Palmer hasnt gotten over his knee injury(mentally) and it doesnt help with having a horrible offensive line. I think the Patriots will get the W in this week 1 match up. GO PATRIOTS!

It was only the first exhibition game but, if that offensive line doesn't play a lot better than it did, the person under center is going to be irrelevant.

I know it was a practice game, but the Bengals look lost. Their D's attitude stays string through the game, but on offense... ugh.

And SO MANY flags last night.

Real shame about that TE, he was looking great.

I agree 100% but I saw a flutter ball on the out pattern.. Which we all know if you can't throw that, your done in the NFL..

And second, I believe he has the Drew Bledsoe syndrome.. Holds the ball a little to long..
