The list in this article is unusual, but it brings up the question, who were the best clutch players of all time that are no longer playing? Larry Bird is a candidate for #1.

How did this turn into a thread about NASCAR jokes?

Right now Tom Brady is leading the pack, fact that fills me with joy and pride. Let's all get on there to vote and keep him there.

Vinitraitor is 3rd, a fact that leaves me feeling bewildered.

2 Patriots (you have to count Adam as a Patriot in this context), 2 Red Sox, plus Celtics draft pick whom Rick Pitino was too dumb to keep Chauncy Billups - 5 out of 10 have New England associations. Not bad!

Bill Russell, greatest winner in the History of team sports.

Can you think of a place where fans expect more from you then New England?

Its only right that we have so many there, Boston/New England is sports... the passion of the fans here is 2nd to none.

The 2nd best clutch player in all of sports is Shaq? We are talking about a guy whose team takes him out or doesn't go to him at the end of close games because of his FT shooting. Ridiculous.
