Here are my guesses.

Maroney-#20.......the only other numbers available in the 20's-30's are 38 & 39. Unless Asante sells it, Maroney won't get #22.

Jackson-#88........Perfect for him, since the #8 means so much to him. He won't get #8 just like Busch won't get #5.

Thomas- #85........88 & 86 are available also

Mills-#45.........He wore #20 in college so may want that

Gostkowski-#3.......Just a hunch

O'Callahan-#62.....Just a guess

Mincey-#58.........I believe he wore this in college and it's available.

Stevenson-#68.........Another guess

Le Kevin Smith-#96......Another guess

Willie Andrews-#38....Another guess
