I thought last season the Pats were pretty much hampering at the Cornerback Postition, and I was wondering besides signing back Chad Scott, would they be in the market to sign another CB?
I've always been fond of Ricky Manning Jr. even though I hate the Panthers, and would love to see him playing for NE, but has anyone heard anything about any of these guys throughout the off season?

Correct. Azumah is retiring. Likewise Deion Sanders.

Also, we've resigned Poteat. And we're the ones who released Duane Starks.

Nate Clements would be a nice pickup, however, especially if he's willing to sign for reasonable money. But I understand he is not.

I don't think that Ricky Manning is a Pats-type player.
I seem to recall him talking a lot of smack in the press in the past. BB doesn't seem to mind smack on the field, but likes his players to take the high road w/ the media.

Clements, I agree, would be nice, but I have no idea what kind of $ he's looking for.
The rest are retiring, re-signed, or JAGs.

Any BC or Denver fan know a lot about Walls?

I followed him a little on BC and he would bring CB/S versatility as well as his height (6'4"). I remember him being rumored for the Pats last year I believe. But he was injury plagued the last two years.

Nate Clements was franchised by the Bills.

Law and Woodson are Poston Clients.

Lenny Walls could be a possibility. It was rumored he wanted to join the Pats when he got healthy last year.

I'd like to see Andre Dyson.

You're right. BB doesn't waste time, thought processes or energy on this type of player.
