What does all that have to do with Juvenile Delinquents, and my possible fraternization with them?

the group of people who have been categorically considered as fraterizers with juvenile delinquents incudes public educators (M/F), priests, protestant ministers, boy scout troop leaders, professional clinicians, and juvenile social workers. that's about 35 million peoeple.
you are distinguished from this group in what way?
