C'mon Richard, you always treated it like a business, never gave the Pats a discount, even told people it was your last year. You cant be heart broken now that your as a Pat is really over..can you?
Re: PFT: If Seymour doesn't report, Raiders will want their pick back
If it's a business and he doesn't want to report to the new site, why should he do it just because others want him to?
After all, it's a business.

Re: PFT: If Seymour doesn't report, Raiders will want their pick back
Come on guys, this is just more Florio speculation and it needs to be limited to existing threads because his opinion doesn't warrant it's own threads. If the league or Oakland or NE or Seymour or his agent has something to add that would warrant a new thread. Otherwise it's just more musing...

Agreed. I'd feel worse for him if he took all types of discounts to play here. He's not been shy about the business aspect of the sport when it works in his favor (holding out), but now he's being a baby when the business aspect bites him?
Re: PFT: If Seymour doesn't report, Raiders will want their pick back
I got to think Seymour is bluffing. If he is really all about the money, is he really willing to be unemployed for an entire season and then not be eligible for free agency. I don't think he is that much of an idiot.

Re: PFT: If Seymour doesn't report, Raiders will want their pick back
i think the image for oak takes a huge hit if they really do that. will set a precedent for any other players .i bet seymour is not intending to sit out the season.
its eugene parker playing all these games
Re: PFT: If Seymour doesn't report, Raiders will want their pick back
If they can undo the trade, we get the player back. Personally I like the trade and hope it does through - if not Seymour is back on the DL and that's fine with me too.
