Touched on his retirement, how he's taken a lot of hits over his career, how he didn't consider it during last season that it might be his final year, how he was bummed they couldn't get a 4th Super Bowl.

Also they asked him about the locker room and why players shape up when they come to the Pats. Bruschi went on to say that there's a lot of stabilizing forces in the locker room, and Belichick just teaches everyone how to win.
