hope this isn't about brady's shoulder......if it is,I'm getting Jay Feeley vibes.
Feeley would be a good move. I wonder what Philly would want for him.

.......think for a moment......this may not be about KOC.If it's Brady,then they're looking for a number ONE QB,not a back-up.
If so,I'm thinking Jay Feeley or Jeff Garcia.
I don't know why you'd cut loose the prospect in that case, though. If Walter wasn't getting it enough to take that #1 spot for the time needed, you'd just cut him, I would think.

He looked awful against the Redskins, but I didn't think they'd give up on him so quickly. Makes you wonder about the reasons behind the move, although we'll probably never know. Maybe he'll catch on with KC or Denver?
Not the first time BB cut a 2nd year 3rd round pick, didn't he did it before with Guss Scott in 2005?
they definitely have to swallow some pride when cutting these guys (higher draft picks). need to know when to give up, because the sooner the duds are cut the better it is for the team

With Cassel and Guts gone, there is a gaping experience vacuum at the moment, esp. Patriots experience. They got Walter for NFL experience, probably because there was already concern that KOC could not be #2. Now he cannot be # 3, where I think Hoyer jumps right in.
