I don't think this would happen.

KO'C obviously has alot of potential to be drafted by us in the 3rd, I don't think we would trade him, when I agree that he is seem as the future

I'm as pumped about KOC as the next guy, to the point that I'm one of the people who's okay with him being the primary backup if BB is, but let's get serious here. Don't pretend that this guy's untouchable because he's the future, etc. etc. etc. For the right price, Belichick would absolutely agree to trade him. The only question, really, is what that price is. It's probably higher than the Broncos would be willing to pay, granted, but it's still a possibility.

WAY off base. Since Cassie is now history, the Pats NEED a backup QB they can trust. Unless KOC has run over Bill's dog or screwed the pooch in some other way, he's in line for that job. NFW is Gutz the guy they want out there if TFB misses a game. A 3rd round pick next year for a guy you spent a 3rd on makes NO sense. A conditional 2nd is not the same as a 2nd but that too is not worth assuming the risk.

KO'C isn't the future. Tom Brady is only thirty and has a good six to eight years left with the Patriots. I wouldn't be surprised that the next QB after Tom Brady hasn't even started his college career.
