Head coaches typically attend the annual league meetings in March.

This year, Pats coach Bill Belichick won’t be there, according to Tom Curran of NBCSports.com.

Per Curran, Belichick has been busy with draft preparation given extensive turnover within the front office and coaching staff. Belichick, the rest of the coaching staff, and director of player personnel Nick Cesario have been on the road for the past two weeks, and they’ll head back to Foxborough on Monday night to continue hammering out a draft board.

At least the owners won’t have to listen to any of Belichick’s singing.

What's a wrong with a bunch of nfl dudes getting together and kissing each other's asses???

Yea, i think its great thats hes trying to make this team better than go on a vacation for a couple days and BS with all the coaches!!

If anyone doesn't like it they can go **** themselves. BB knows what he's doing and doesnt need to go to the league meetings. Gonna be hated even more but tough ****, he has the best football mind in the league.

Good for him - this is a huge draft for us and . . . screw the morons in the NFL anyway, I would never forgive them for what they did in 2007 if I were Belichick. I'd never show up to anything - other than Super Bowls that I was coaching in
