Yes, let's IGNORE BB's all too rational explanation that stuff like 3 way deals take time, that contracts take time to get signed and that there are lots of parties, lots of contingencies and lots of RISK that any small issue blows the deal. It's obvious that the tin hat crowd here has never done business deals. I do admit to inexperience in negotiating complex N way deals.
