I believe it's a type of cigar.. and if memory serves correct, it's called a clove. If you notice, there is a stem with a very skinny cigarette like thing protruding from it.

Swisher Sweets!! It's what I use when I'm fly-fishing to help keep the black flies out of my face. Plus, it's the only time I have an excuse to smoke those things.
