Default Belichick's drafting genius...well, with a little luck anyway.

Does anyone else find the irony in the fact that we lost our first round draft pick last year (In large part because of the Jets), and Bill then baited Mangini into Gholston who has been a bust, so essentially they lost a first round pick as well?

Now, I know that Gholston can come back next year and put it together - But when you draft someone 6th overall - They need to contribute almost immediately.

What are your thoughts?

Happy Holidays to everyone!

In an effort to Hijack my OWN thread, and not start another TMZ video thread - There is a new Brady Video over at TMZ. I really hate those people over there (The TMZ scumbags that it).

I'm actually hoping that the Jags get up 98-0 in the first two minutes of the game against Baltimore so I can be apathetic towards the Jets/Dolphins game. Anyone know the odds of a team scoring 14 TDs in 120 seconds? It can't be all that low can it?

Actually if you were going to accomplish such a feat your QB would be of minimal use.

Only way it could occur would be something a long the effect of

KO - KO Fumbled recovered for a TD

KO - Int for a TD

etc.

Or, of course, Dallas trying to stop the run in the 4th quarter of the Ravens game.

Are you kidding me?? Anyone with half a brain knows that if a team scores 14 touchdowns in two minutes they would go for two at least twice to get to 100.

On the other hand, if they decide to score 15 TDs in two minutes, going for two is unnecessary.
