It appears we finally know of at least three places that Houston Texans QB Deshaun Watson might be willing to go.

According to ESPN Radio, Watson is reportedly willing to consider trades to the NY Jets, the Miami Dolphins and the Carolina Panthers.

Carolina has been the team rumored to be willing to make the biggest push to acquire Watson, having recently cleared quite a bit of money from their salary cap in order to make a run at him.

The club reportedly notified three players last week that they’ll be released, including Stephen Weatherly, Tre Boston and punter Michael Palardy.  Those moves won’t be official until the start of the league year next month on March 17th.

That cleared out nearly $28.5 million in cap space, putting the Panthers in a good spot to take on Watson’s contract if they’re ultimately able to acquire him.

Meanwhile, Texans GM Nick Caserio has said the team has no interest in trading him, but clearly Watson is making it known he wants out and at least he’s also letting potential teams know where he’s willing to play.

Patriots fans should definitely be hoping for Carolina, as seeing Watson land in the AFC East – unless it was New England – is obviously not the best scenario.
