The New England Patriots entered their week 10 matchup with the rival Baltimore Ravens looking for their winning streak of the season.

As seven-point underdogs at home coming in, the Patriots would need to put forth one of their best efforts of the year against the reigning league MVP Lamar Jackson and a highly ranked defense.

The Foxboro forecast called for heavy rains that would play a role all night long.

Take a look at all the best Patriots sights and sounds from social media as they happened during “Sunday Night Football” below.

The first quarter saw a both teams battle to a scoreless draw, it wouldn’t be until early in the second when Lamar Jackon and Willie Snead gave the Ravens a 7-0 lead.

Needing to respond, Cam Newton and the Patriots offense wasted no time answering back.

Newton tied the game at 7 with a seven yard pass to Rex Burkhead.

A Justin Tucker 24 yard field goal gave Baltimore back the lead but it again didn’t last long.

Behind some familiar trickery, Rex Burkhead hauled in his second touchdown of the game but this time from Jakobi Meyers on a play very reminiscent to the “Edelman to Amendola” touchdown in the 2014 playoffs.

The Patriots retook the lead 13-10.

On the defensive side of the ball, the Patriots contained Lamar Jackson in the first half.

Rookie Josh Uche logged his first career sack in what became a night of highlights for the Patriots young talent.

With the clock winding down on the first half, cornerback JC Jackson continued to impress in 2020.

As Jackson took the Ravens into Patriots territory, Jackson made sure of no extra points when he recorded his sixth interception of the season and fifth game in a row recording one. A Patriots team record.

The Patriots entered halftime leading 13-10.

As the rain began to pick up with intensity to open the second half, so did the carries by Damien Harris.

A series of Harris runs helped set up another Patriots score capped off by a Cam Newton four yard run to push the Patriots lead to ten.

As the third quarter neared an end, Harris hit 100 rushing yards yet again, helping setup another scoring drive.

A Nick Folk 20 yard field goal pushed the Patriot lead to 13.

Trailing by 13, the Ravens offense got a much needed touchdown to bring them back within six.

Jackson again found Willie Snead to reduce the Patriots lead 23-17 after three quarters.

In the fourth quarter, the Patriots defense held firm, limiting the Ravens to zero points and preserving a 23-17 upset victory.

With a win in hand, the Patriots will have a chance to return to .500 next weekend in Houston against a struggling Texans team.
