Winning a Super Bowl has a variety of special perks.
During Sunday nights 61st Annual Grammy Awards ceremony, New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman and safety Devin McCourty were selected as the presenters to announce the winner for the
“Best Pop Duo or Group Performance” category.
Lady Gaga won the Grammy Award for her song “Shallow”, sung by Gaga in the film “A Star Is Born” with actor Bradley Cooper.
McCourty and Edelman’s appearance garnered a few boo’s from the Los Angeles crowd, but Devin made light of the situation joking, “LA, thank you for your cheers. Also, thank you for your boos. I appreciate you supporting your community.”
After the show, Edelman shared photographs of himself with Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, actor Mark Wahlberg, musician Rob Thomas, and Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown.
The McCourty twins shared a backstage photo with former First Lady Michelle Obama and actress Jada Pinkett Smith.
