Another week, another cryptic and curious social media posting by a member of the New England Patriots.

On Instagram Wednesday, cornerback Malcolm Butler posted the following photograph of what appears to be himself on board an airplane with the caption “Nothing changed but the change. #Blessed.”

At the time of this posting, Butler officially remains a restricted free agent with a first round tender, but various media reports say he is seeking a longer deal with more money. The New Orleans Saints have come out as the strongest suitor following a meeting with Butler a week ago.

So just what Is Butler hinting at? An agreement made with another team? A new contract with the Patriots?  Or maybe it means something entirely unrelated to football.

Stay Tuned.
