When the Patriots face the Falcons in Houston in just under two weeks, it appears that they’ll have a little history on their side.
The team will reportedly wear white when they battle Atlanta in Super Bowl LI, making it the second time in three years they’ll wear that color jersey in the league’s Championship Game.
The good news? It worked out pretty well the last time.
The Patriots wore white against the Seahawks back in 2015 when they ended a decade-long championship drought and a two straight Super Bowl losing streak with a 28-24 victory over Seattle.
Hopefully it’s a good sign and they’ll make it two straight wins on February 5th.
