There may be a lockout, but head coach Bill Belichick is still out on the scouting trail preparing for what will hopefully work out to be a 2011 season.
According to Ian Rapoport, Belichick spent Thursday taking in South Florida's Pro Day. He also reportedly spoke with USF coach Skip Holtz for 20 minutes, then watched some of their prospects, including defensive lineman Terrell McClain.
Rapoport also points out that the agent for receiver Dontavia Bogan, David Canter, tweeted that Belichick put his client through some drills.
"Coach Belichick is putting my client @DontaviaBogan & the other Wrs through a ton of unique wide receiver drills. The heat is on." - Tweeted Canter.
