VIDEO: Revisiting “The Butler Did It” One Year Later
It has been over a week for Patriots fans to digest the heartbreaking AFC Championship loss to the Denver Broncos, but today, February 1st does mark a positive anniversary in team history. It was one year ago, the Patriots pulled off one of the most miracle Super Bowl wins of recent memory with a then unknown undrafted rookie named Malcom Butler bursting into the spotlight.
In honor of that moment, the New England Patriots posted this unique and raw video recorded from the team sideline the instant Butler sealed the fourth Lombardi trophy with his interception. Take a watch and listen below.
