Prediction: The Patriots will face their toughest test of the season with the Jets and their defense giving them all they can handle especially given the state of the offensive line right now. The Jets plan will be to disrupt and re-route the NE receivers at the line and force Brady into holding on to the ball where their pass rush will disrupt their timing and take advantage of their front seven.
New England will try to force the game into Fitzpatrick’s hands where he’s shown he gets that gunslinger’s mentality, something both Houston and OC Chan Gailey have worked to curb. This will be a great matchup between two rivals that know each other very well. But in the end, Brady will find a way, as he’s always done to get the job done at home where New England has been outstanding under Bill Belichick. Patriots 27-24
