Seriously for their 1st round pick #17! They dont even have a QB with Favre retiring, and Mangini is gone so theres no bad blood with BB now. I seen some mocks with the Jets taking a QB at their pick #17. Who cares if they get Cassel its not like they are gunna beat us when we are healthy...
Detroits #1 pick in the draft?
sorry if i havent responded to some of you guys posts, but i cant post here without my posts being moderated, so my responses may not show up.
Anyways i was thinking if we had the #1 pick in the draft who would we take?
If we franchise Cassel we could then...
#1 Tennessee 13-3
#2 Pittsburgh 12-4
#3 Miami 11-5
#4 Denver 9-7
#5 Indianapolis 12-4
#6 New England 11-5
Wildcard Weekend
#3 Miami vs. #6 New England = WINNER #6 New England
#4 Denver vs. #5 Indianapolis = WINNER #5 Indianapolis
Divisional Round
#1 Tennessee vs. #6 New England...
we'll be 7-9. Thats good for pick 13ish in the draft. Even 8-8 would give us around the 15th pick.
You are looking at William Moore, Taylor Mays, Brian Orakpo, Michael Johnson, one of the stud OT's, and a realistic possible trade up for Rey Maualuga, Malcom Jenkins, or Vontae Davis. Getting...
Detroit wants to steal him from us. Could we demand they give us a 1st round pick? Didnt Kraft give the Jets a 1st round pick for Belichick? Im confused, how does this sheet work? Imagine a 1st round pick for Cassel and a 1st round pick for Pioli? Three 1st round picks! Total domination...
woohoo!!! Enjoy!
*picks are projected based on where i think the teams will finish the season.
Acquired Picks:
Round 1 #20 - Detroit trades their 1st round pick acquired from Dallas in the Roy Williams trade for QB Matt Cassel.
Round 2 #42 - Patriots receive San Diegos 2nd round pick...
PLEASE!!!
Its getting borderline neaderthal. Matt has played well but he is still a scrub. He threw 3 TDs against the scrubby fish and Jets, WOW! Brady threw 6 TDs against the fish last year and 5 against the Jets.
Brady threw 50 TDs last year. Cassel has thrown 13 this year...
tanked and krafty i know you guys have been lobbying for a passrushing OLB in the past few drafts, i been on the CB safety bandwagon, but this year i might have to hop on your bandwagon with ya. Its time that we get a STUD passrushing OLB BEAST that can put pressure on the QB. Im sick and tired...
unless you win the SB everyones season is meaningless. The Pats went 18-0 last year and broke every offensive record in the books and lost in the SB, and none of it matters. The Jets fans are all excited to be in 1st place but it doesnt matter unless they win the SB. Does anyone on the planet...
seriously dudes wake up! We have no shot at winning the SB with Cassel at QB, he is not good enough, he is not productive, he cant put points on the board, he is inexperienced, he is basically a rookie, he is having a rookie season production-wise, we will be lucky to win a playoff game with him...
this could be a death sentence for Matt lool. We really need to contain Freeney this Sunday or it could be turnover galore for the Colts, Cassel wont see him coming from miles away. Light usually gets owned by Freeney and we have no Daniel Grahamcracker. Brady usually gets rid of the ball too...
the result of this season is a no lose situation! Whatever happens we come out with a positive result!
Nobody expects us to win the SB this year without Brady. So if we dont win its not a failure like last season! Now if BB wakes the heck up and starts OConnell i believe we have a good chance...
the Raiders are willing to trade Bush, loool what are the chances Davis trades him to us? Probably zero, but hes a big bruising back he'd look nice in a Pats uni.
Oct 13 The Contra Costa Times reports the Oakland Raiders would be willing to trade RB Michael Bush, according to Charley...
both pretty much play the same position, slot WR and punt returner. Who is the better player?
Welker broke Browns all time receptions in a season for the Pats.
I love Troy he is one of the best players the Pats ever had, but i got to say Welker is a bit more talented.
