Gronk retirement got you down?

This is a nice post man. Because it's very uplifting to remind myself that I don't have to listen to the Rolling Stones. I feel better already.

No, I enjoy how the team evolves and watching Bill's machinations.

Whole off season has me down, to be honest. Yes yes I know it’s typical BB but the lack of free agent moves, lack of trades, lack of keeping our own folks, and the first of the trio retiring is a real bummer.

We also had a sniff of a Patriots defense that you could be proud of for the first time in 15ish years just to lose a bunch of key pieces and the DC immediately after.

All will be well, just hard to be excited at this moment.

6th title tho no?

Not down at all. Gronk is a great TE, but a bad Patriot. Expensive, made of glass, and unreliable is not what the Patriots need. I am confident his replacement will be 70% as good for 10% as much 150% of the time. #InBillWeTrust

Um, what is bad about the Rolling Stones? Did Mick Jagger turn you down for an autograph or something? Give me some details about why you “hate” them.

I can't believe how far apart are opinions are. Wow.

Can always hit a spa with Kraft to get back up.

Well it all started when I listened to one of their songs.

oh...so that's why he wrote that song about you...Parachute Woman

The Who > The Stones

He is Michael Jordan at TE. He will be back before you know it. He ain't done yet. You heard it here first.

When I was a kid, I watched the Bruins Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. I still remember most of the players, their numbers, and some of their stats. When the Bruins parted company with Phil Esposito and Bobby Orr, I stopped watching. I was a fan of the players and not the team. I have been watching the Patriots just as long. I 'root for the uniform'. I cheer the players when they wear it and cheer for the next guy when they take it off. Gronk and Hernandez were going to be something special. So was Ben Coates. You guys can get your panties in a bunch over Gronk, but they won championships when he was on the sidelines and when he wasn't. They won championships before he was drafted and I'm very confident they will win championships now that he has retired -- something they did not do before BB was hired and I'm not confident they will do once he's gone.

He’s taking a year off, then he will come back for another 2 years and another ring.
