In the world of Ray Lewis, going to nightclubs is apparently worse than going to nightclubs and killing another human being, or at the very least, being an accomplice to murder.

Ray Lewis has a theory about OBJ, but it’s unclear what the theory is

“You show me your crowd, I will show you your future,” Lewis said. “Man, Justin Timberlake ain’t never played no football. I love Justin, but Justin ain’t getting out there on the ground like that. These guys he’s hanging out with, they’re in studios all night. They don’t have to get up, they don’t have no discipline when it comes to athleticism. . . .

And when you see this, what Odell is doing to himself. First of all, I’m not gonna just gonna call him out, I’m gonna call him.”

Ray (Killed a Guy) Lewis sure has a lot to say, virtually none of it comprehensible. In a twisted way that's probably turned out to be good for his employers. If the guys signing his checks could figure out for all that talking he isn't actually really saying anything he might have to obstruct their justice.

I love how these delusional prima donnas think they have any moral compass...let alone moral authority. RL abrogated his long ago, and should probably shut his mouth.

Ayup. Absolutely astonishing that even somebody as stupid as Ray Lewis ~ who killed a guy, by the way ~ would imagine that he possesses an ounce of moral authority.

Some chucklicious bits from that article, by the way:

"Lewis offered up a theory regarding the perceived struggles of Giants receiver Odell Beckham Jr. It’s not quite clear, however, what the theory is."

"Lewis apparently had offered to help, and that offer had been accepted. Until it wasn’t."

"Instead of saying, “What they hell are you talking about?” to Lewis, Cowherd..."

"Lewis thinks that Beckham’s failure to fulfill whatever “agreement” he reached with Lewis represents the root of Beckham’s current problems. Because of course it’s about Lewis, not about Beckham."

"All of this presumes that Beckham currently has problems. Where’s the proof of that? He’s never gotten in any trouble away from football (including but not limited to never pleading guilty to obstruction of justice in connection with the investigation of a double homicide)..."

...And other goodies. Florio at his finest.

Anyone who claims to understand one iota of that idiotic rant is either lying or an alien from a planet far outside of this galaxy.

I am beginning to believe that I no longer understand what a being Christian means and how it is interpreted in day to day life.. maybe all you have to do is write a book saying you are and pontificate pious platitudes...

"Lewis is a Christian, and his commitment to his faith was featured in a Sports Illustrated cover story in 2006. He has a total of six children, four boys, and two girls with four different women" (Wikipedia)

OBJ is (may be) having a contract dispute. Has he had any public morality lapses?
What exactly is Reverend Ray talking about???

"Where there's no God, there's chaos," Lewis said. "Odell has removed God from his life. This is a kid that grew up under the covenant of who God really is and everything that he's doing, he's crying out for help. We have a lot of people reporting about him, but it's always been the duty of elders to go back to help them, so that's why I raised my hand and I told him, 'I'm here. Whatever you need.'"

Ray Lewis goes on Odell Beckham rant, blames chaos in receiver's life on lack of God

One of Lewis' sons was accused of sexual assault and then, eventually, cleared of the charges. That's more trouble than Beckham Jr. has ever been in.

Presumably, Lewis' son spent a lot of time with his dad. Or, at least, more than Beckham would if he ever met with Lewis. What evidence is there that spending time with Ray Lewis will help someone? Or prevent them from being stabbed?

I will wait for Marvin Harrison and OJ Simpson to weigh in, so I know that I really have the murderer viewpoint captured.

Wait, I thought being a Christian was all about spreading the Love...seems like he's doing that now rather than spreading the Murder.

But...but...he has a statue. He must be an authority.
