Houston and St Louis dont need Clowney. Atlanta wants to jump up but Houston cant get what they want from them so they use St Louis to get it done. Per value chart it looks totally reasonable....

Atlanta gets 1-Clowney
Houston gets 2 Mack and 13 Manzel---something trading only with Houston wouldnt be possible!
St Louis gets 6 best tackle available, 34 best wr available, 38, Houstons 2015 3rd and Atlantas 2015 1st!
