Dave Spadaro, of PhiladelphiaEagles.com, reports the Philadelphia Eagles have traded C Hank Fraley to the Cleveland Browns for an undisclosed draft pick in the 2008 NFL Draft.

Was the trade conditioned on Tucker making the Browns' roster or was it moved from 7th to 6th round if he made the roster???

Never mind..I just looked at Reiss' blog and found out the pick was conditioned on him making the roster......
