Nobody is calling Tannenbaum a genius for anything you clown homer.
Most fans have the move pretty well evaluated.
It's a low risk move with the potential for a very high upside if the player can get healthy and back on track on what was once a very promising career.
He's still young, only...
Wait, what?
If both were healthy and the Pats didn't need to hide their cheating by acting like a sector 51 CIA operation. Haynesworth would have been a starter, and Ocho would have been able to be himself.
I know you are a raging Patriot homer with no shame, and will use every opportunity to dump on the Jets...
But do you really think the Jets/Tannenbaum didn't know about Otah's history?
The trade had a 7 day clause in it for him to pass a physical before consumating the deal... That tells...

Shocking!!!

The Jets got tooled?
Are all Pats fans as bright as you?
The move is about as low risk/high reward you can get. The Jets gave up nothing for him, are going for a player where they don't don't have to make a major investment, both from a cap standpoint, and draft compensation...
I wonder if Ellis shared his thoughts about the great Patriot loyalty to players like Richard Seymour, Law, Milloy, amongst many others...
The Jets gave him 10+ years, he wasn't nearly worth the price the Pats paid him, he's been a mediocre player at best, and far overpaid as Pat.
Really, burned, beaten, it's the same concept, so you mock me on the selection of the word.
Yes, the Charger game, Wilson made a great play and was covering Jackson, which was my point in pointing out Robhomer's shameless post about Wilson only covering #3 and lesser WR's.
Sure, give no...
You are a full of it. The slot receiver isn't only the #3 receiver, and you prance on as some kind of football expert? Ever here of motion or shifting pre-snap? On the play that iced the game against the Chargers, it was Wilson that communicated a shift with Revis before the snap and covered...
