The aggressive poaching of NEP coaching and personnel execs is somewhat surprising to me. I mean Seely?

Is it a factor that the NEP did not make the post-season, making us more attractive and reachable?

I seem to recall both Romeo and Charlie in 2003 getting limited looks because they were not available until February!

Maybe this "restful" offseason BB was talking about will actually be a ****load more work for him, to replace his staff.

Thoughts?

It has been said that BB has a plan in the back of his head if the Ball Boy were to move on.. quite sure this is the case right now.

Not sure about the Seely thing, he and Scarnecchia have been here forever and to just make a lateral move across country is not the most appealing decision for his family.

Most teams do not want to wait until February as there is no prep for the combine, subsequent draft and FA prospects.. there is a lot of stuff going on in Gillette right now and usually this time is spent game planning for the next team.
