How much is our 2007 salary cap credit going to be? (Not counting dead money, and other things that would show up on Miguel's page).

I'm under the impresstion that these LTBE incentives totaling nearly $5.2M are comming back to us:

Troy Brown $350,000
Dan Koppen $1,927,000
Antwain Spann $2,913,410

Were they, in fact, unearned LTBEs? Are there others? Are there any NLTBEs that we are going to be owing money on?

Under the new CBA, 2006 was the first year when there was a total cash cap in effect. This should have the effect of decreasing the cap space of teams that spent over this limit in 2006 (Press accounts implied that we would be so penalized) or of increasing the cap of all teams. When will this adjustment be calculated, and when (if ever) will we know about it?

I and other capologists depend on Adamjt13 to give up each team's adjusted cap number. Last year he provided the number on March 4th. That number was itself adjusted later on and Adamjt13 sent us the final number on May 30th.
